It was great to watch The SAG Awards last night and see so many beautiful black faces. Black women are too often misrepresented in the media and for this reason, anything on TV that shows our community in a positive light gets a front row seat from me. I didn’t actually watch The SAG Awards in its entirety because of the Real Housewives of ATL and Oprah’s Next Chapter being on at the same time, but I grabbed a couple of photos from last night’s ceremony and these were my faves in makeup, fashion and hair. Viola Davis won an award for her role in "The Help" she looked stunning!
Octavia Spencer from "The Help" I thought the dress was a great choice to help slim down a full figure.
