Hey Loves! I am starting week two of detox and so far so good! Week one was a doozy  but finally I am starting to feel like this could be a permanent lifestyle for me and my family. I’ve also been doing a lots of reading and research about food, diet and I must say it has been quite an eye opener. My favorite book right now is  by Natalia Rose entitled Raw Food Life Force Energy. I’ve always been a big believer in energy as it pertains to relationships so its been really interesting to read about energy and food. Check out my video for recap on week #1….
