I have been really blessed this year to have connected with many major and smaller-sized companies that send me products to review. Before starting my blog, I worked for many years in retail as a cosmetic sales person and the freebies I have to say, was the part of my job that I enjoyed the most 🙂 I loved it because, well it’s FREE product, but also because being able to sample so many major brands gave me the experience of testing the overall quality of a product. I learned to study packaging,ingredients, texture and results. The most important thing I look for, is if the product delivers what it promises. I am sharing all of this, because I recently learned of two brands that I really enjoy and as a licensed Esthetician they get my professional stamp of approval.

The first skincare company is Angel Minaro. I first learned of Angel Minaro while attending an event in Chicago. I walked past the small retail space and was immediately intrigued by the pretty pink packaging and of course the lure of the company’s tagline. “Exquisite Beauty.” Hey I wanna be exquisite! What about you? 🙂 Angel sent me a package of things to try, and I was really impressed with everything. The Buriti and Coconut Milk is a gentle fresh scent that is a ultra moisturzing creme.  My clients ask me all the time what is the one thing  they can do to improve their skin. Hands down the answer is exfoliation. Beauty lovers, the “Spicy Coconut Coffee” scrub is delicious and I love that it comes with directions on the jar. You would be surprised of the number of people who have never tried a scrub and are clueless about how to use it.

The second company I really enjoy is LifeOrganics, which is a company that uses all natural ingredients. There are so many products I am in love with from this line, that I just don’t have time to mention them all. The hair products are great and the facial serum is a miracle worker.Last night I treated myself to a warm bath with the Life Orgnaics bath salts it was heavenly!
