If you are looking to have a fun night of shopping, complimentary cocktails, and awesome gift bags then Shecky’s Girl’s Night Out is the event for you. When I heard this event would be making their Chicago stop on their national tour, I was super excited to attend because I have heard so much about Shecky’s. My friend Rachal tagged along with me to join in on the fun. We spent the evening sipping on Piña Coladas, shopping at some of my favorite minority owned businesses, and taking silly photos. Rachal and I met some new curlfriends and I look forward to attending next year.

The highlight of the evening was shopping with one of my favorite natural beauty brands Shea Moisture. AND to top it all off they had a sale that included the large bars of soap that I just can’t seem to find anywhere! This is a brand that I can almost honestly recommend anything from their line because of the high quality ingredients, affordable prices, and wide variety of product options. Their product line consists of hair, skin, and body goodies for the entire family. It was a pleasure to meet the Shea Moisture staff; they totally hooked me up with a great price on my favorite soaps.

Rachal and I stopped by Natural Passion, where we fell in love with all of the fragrance oils. I found a new favorite called Sage & Chamomile; I love that you can use these oils for your body as well as home fragrance purposes.
Our last and final stop of the night was Jaguar Luxury Cosmetics. Because I am a makeup junkie I really wanted to make this the first stop on the trip but the line was pretty packed all night. We finally got our chance to meet the owner Shawna, who was really nice. I picked up a set of lashes and these really fabulous eye and lip liners that come with a built in sharpener, can’t beat the convenience of that. I hope to share more with you about this company very soon!
