If you are following me on YouTube, you know it’s no secret that glitter and shimmer for the holidays is not something I am really into. I like to keep makeup natural, simple and affordable even during the holiday season. If you want to play with the shimmer holiday trend choose one feature to shimmerize and glitterize:) Thanks to the folks over at Milani, I have a ton of stuff to review. I am loving everything they sent me! A couple of items I immediately fell in love with and thought would be great to feature in a holiday look. The nail polishes and eyeliners come in really cool festive colors like silver,gold and a mix of glitter.
I don’t know if you have noticed, but there is a new nail trend happening right now. The trend is instead of wearing all the same color, you mix and match shades . I took the Milani nail polish and painted each nail a different shade. I also played up my eyes a bit with the shimmery shadows and silver eyeliner, it came out super gorge! I think you could probably get this whole look for under $20 which is great because a lot of the high- end lines are charging as much as $300 for their holiday collections. Stop the madness!
